Currently we do not offer any refunds. At Rehoboth we ensure that we deliver the best to you, yet if you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation for you.

To be considered for any damage-related resolutions or if you have received a wrong item, please note that the product must be in its original, unused condition. And to assist you in such cases, kindly provide clear photos of the item in question, and we'll do our best to make things right .
